Recently I have been receiving a lot of e-mail pointing to the birth certificate Lucas Smith had supposedly retrieved under great personal danger from Kenya as the definitive proof Obama was not born in the United States. Tracing them back they seem to come from one email server, although under different accounts.
Of course I seen the Smith document and read his affidavits submitted to the various courts by Orley Taitz.
Am I impressed? No. Am I as skeptical about this birth certificate as I am about Obama's Hawaiian Certification of Live Birth? YES!
Why would I be willing to dismiss this as a forgery? The answer is in the questions not answered about this so called Kenyan smoking gun.
Was the Lucas Smith Birth Certificate (LSBC) ever tested? Not to my knowledge and trust me if it was people would have sent me the proof.
Did Lucas Smith ever prove he was in Kenya? No, he alludes to having receipts documenting his stay in Kenya, but nothing has been released to the public,
1. No, US Passport showing entry or exit visas for Kenya.
2. No, airline tickets showing his name to Kenya
3. No, hotel receipts showing his name or date
4. No, restaurant receipts,
5. No, credit card receipts that could cross reference any other receipt he could offer.

It appears that the esteemed Inspector has been sitting in jail in Pima County, AZ since May 21st with a $10k bond over his head.

Hmm... Wonder what deep doodoo the good Inspector Smith has gotten himself into? I'm guessing one of his many scams caught up with him (again).
