I hope this is legitimate - not trying to bust him. He has the problem of all those other claims that turned out to be false.
The energy has to come from somewhere. Something has to change through a catalytic or some other process.
Without a verified patent - he is one of many.

I know it sounds far out, but I think it's for real. He wants no money from investors. He walked into the physics department of a major university to give public demonstrations. Several neutral scientists have observed it, and think it's for real. The US department of energy attended, and the department of defense. Observers used their power meter at input wall outlet. They also calculated the water flow and temperature gain at ouput of device. He left the device at the university of bologna for additional testing, and went back to United States to manage his factory. Pretty bold for a scammer. It uses nickle nano particles and common hydrogen for fuel. Produces energy and copper.
