The “2 citizen parent” requirement is NOT a “fact”, it is a theory which has never been adopted by the US Code or by any court in a way to serve as binding precedent.

When one prints something and calls it fact, they better have documented proof to it back it up. I like DrKate, but she crossed the “FACT” line when she said Obama, himself, said he was adopted by Soetoro. Documents such as the divorce papers & SADOS’s passport records suggest this happened, but NEVER has Obama publicly admitted to this. Please note re: “The natural born citizenship clause of the Constitution requires both parents to be American citizens at the time of a child’s birth in order for that child to be eligible for the Presidency.” Where does the CONSTITUTION say that?
Secondly, Obama cannot be a victim of his adoptive father's actions. IF Obama is a natural born citizen (and I have reason to believe he IS NOT) an action by an adoptive father could not deprive hm of that birthright.
Again, I am not saying Obama is legally qualified, but the first two stated facts are incorrect.
