Who would have thought this would be the issue that would finally explode both the media and Barack Obama. After two years of “no sale”, its one Donald Trump who finally takes it right up the middle. The Obama media is hysterical. They are caught trying to “trump” each other to put the issue away and Donald with it, but it just won’t go away and neither is he.
I hope that Trump starts a "teaching moment" on the difference between a citizen and a natural-born citizen, and why the Constitution requires natural-born.
Even if Obama can prove he was born in the USA, he still has to meet the natural-born status, which the MSM has also not been willing to touch.

It doesn’t need to. The word “natural” is known by those beyond a second grade education. There is no definition in any of our laws for “natural born citizen”, so, therefore, by your logic, NO ONE is qualified as the term is not defined anywhere in our laws. Of course, natural has always meant that a perosn is natural born if they need not take any additional actions other than their birth to eb a citizen. You, of course, think “natural” somehow means “must be of two parents of US citizenship”. I quote the law. You don’t.
obama’s “birth certificate” that he released has no legal standing. it can not be used in court as a legal doc. A state certified doc must be submitted to the court to prove his father was a Kenyan national.
The legal definition that has been used by the Congress and the U.S. Supreme court for over 200 years is
CHILDREN OF CITIZENS SHALL BE CONSIDERED NATURAL BORN
This has always meant both parents are required to be citizens.
obama’s supporters are saying that it does not specially state that there are not exceptions like single citizen parents.
It does not also state that the person running has to be an American born NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.
A reasonable sane person would think that neither of these last two statements make any sense and are highly unlikely to be true.

Hey, Toad. The law is given in the Constitution, not Title 8 Section 1401. The key words are ‘Natural Born Citizen’.
Section 1 of Article Two of the United States Constitution sets forth the eligibility requirements for serving as President of the United States:
| “ | No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States. |
immigration law has been anything but consistent over the years. The only consistent fact is you had to be born on US territory. everything else is just ivory tower back and forth banter.
Show the birth certificate.
