Even if this scenario is correct, which I doubt, it doesn’t explain why the number was first issued to Thomas Wood, sometime between March and May of 1977. It’s all interesting though.
I do not have access to anything proving either perspective.
The real alarming part is not a single discrepancy, but the number of clearly unusual paper trails. This is the classic indication of an “engineered” background. That poses the question, by whom? And the question, Why? The big issue is what group put this “post turtle” where he is. It is obvious that he did not get there by himself. It is clear that he does not belong there.
This is a real can of worms, and like opening most cans of worms, once open they will never go back in the same size can they were originally in.
