Another attack on Texas and middle America where we don’t have access to public transportation. All those folks crammed into a few square miles in the northeast don’t drive anyway.
It is basically an attack on the rural and working populations. People who are driving to work everyday or drive long distances to get to town will be most effected. Urban residents and folks who don’t drive or have a need to drive (because they don’t work)are effected the least. This will largely fall on the more conservative (and productive) members of the population.
