Alex Haley had some Irish ancestors—he even went to Ireland trying to track down information on them. I think Haley and Obama are related. Haley plagiarized his book, "Roots", and Obama didn't write his.

Haley was just into recycling...recycling material someone else had written for another novel...
At least Haley seems to have done some actual research in trying to learn about his ancestors. If Obama ever did anything that took any sustained intellectual effort, the evidence is locked away somewhere like his college and law school transcripts.
