A little more detail about the first Rossi/Focardi E-cat power plant slated for production in October this year. Apparently it will be powering the factory where these devices will be manufactured.

From the diagram shown in one of the links it appears that 220 volts are applied to a nickle/hydrogen catalyst wile supplying H2 from a gas line.
From that heat is produced. Is this some new process?
