Gotcha. That would the acronym for the Central Bureua of Statistics, the Israeli version of our census. Just as in America, Israel's major cities are even less religious that the outlying settlements. Example: According to the Israel Census, Jerusalem is divided into 70.5 percent Jewish and 29.5 percent non-Jewish, mostly Arab. The Jewish population is further divided into 28.5 percent haredi and the remainder (71.5 percent) simply defined as hiloni (secular).
I will clarify my statement a bit. Israelis might not have incidence of atheism, but of those countries that actually keep track of that sort of thing, Israel is #1. I would not be surprised if more Russians or Chinese were actually atheists, but coming from communist states, they do not report the actual numbers of religious practitioners. With those nations, the best we have are journalistic guesses, and 2nd hand information.
