Obama and his handlers are very shrewd propagandists. If Obama's comrades tell us, by their behavior, that something is important, it would be wise to look elsewhere. Chester Arthur used the same ploy, always in possession of his birth documents from Vermont, Arthur let, and possibly planted, misinformation about his mother, about his mother's age, about his whereabouts, and never answered questions.
Arthur had a friend or operative in the publishing business, Hinman, described by contemporary Obama supporters as a Democrat, but in fact a Republican, like Chester, write a conspiracy book claiming Arther was born in Canada. Arthur, already notorious for his involvement with the New York Port Authority and fraud, never addressed the charges. They served the purpose of diverting attention from his minister father's British citizenship. Arthur had his personal papers burned just before he died. Leo Donofrio and his sister are writing a book about Arthurs’s scam - the first president not a natural born citizen, or not a citizen at the time of the adoption.

Because of the trillions of dollars involved, because of the deaths already occurring, either because of direct action by Susan Rice, Mitchell, Hillary Brennan, Obama’s Arabist counterintelligence adviser, who almost became Director of National Intelligence, and whose minion was killed after cleaning out Obama’s passport folder in State Dept Archives, no one dares talk. It seems likely that very few actually know the truth, since Obama is largely a fictional character - books written by others, no photos or trace at Columbia, and never seen by anyone in his poly sci graduating class, no writing as “Editor” of the Harvard Law Review. His history is largely made up. He is a “made man,” and carefully made at that.

Looking at what else might be wrong, while in possession of the certainty that Barry is ineligible, using any of his own descriptions, dual citizenship is not sole allegiance, a natural born Subject of the crown is not a natural born Citizen. He told us he was not natural born, and is spending trillons of dollars which will cost our children their freedom and productivity, and we look for other reasons which might also make him ineligible?

(The local trolls will claim "but they were talking about McCain." The provision does not change with the candidate.) We know compression is low, but replacing the engine is expensive, so we keep looking for other problems. You are trying to have it both ways. It is Obama and his minions who put out “governed by the BNA of 1948” like a bright shiny bauble.
When you actually read the 1948 BNA you find that illegitimate children (of bigamous marriages not recognized in colonial Kenya or in HI) are explicitly excluded. If you look at the Kenya marriage act in force in 1961, it appears to me to say tribal marriage is lawful and Muslim plural marriage is not even in Kenya.
Your articulation of the “two citizen parent” argument is always flawless and appropriate for threads on that topic and I agree with you. But your obsessive attempts to dismiss, marginalize and deflect honest pursuit of proof of Obama’s equally important birth location on all Obama BC threads is trollish at best.
You do not know how SCOTUS would rule on the two citizen parent issue and we do not know what is in Obama's 1961 vital record file or the CPGH Mombasa records, or in the possession of Mama Sarah, but all patriots should pursue transparency and resolution of legal issues on all fronts and not attack each other, IMO.
IF, and that's a big IF, Senior is legally the daddy listed on the BC. It may at one point, but right now biology and DNA doesn't matter. Just because he claims Senior is his daddy, the only thing that matters is the legally named father on the BC. Right now it's hearsay. He knows that. He knows that until that BC comes to light, there is no way to prove his British citizenship. I'm thinking there's no big surprise on the BC but the only reason he's keeping it under lock and key is that until daddy's citizenship is proven then he can hang out in the white hut as long as he wants.

Every senator including the usurper himself agreed to the "two citizen parentS" definition. He can't deny that. He can't do a flip-flop. There's no do-over. So, again, as long as that BC never sees the light of day no one can touch him.
