I am torn on this, if he is ever NOT found to be eligible what will happen next. Yes, some good things, we no longer have BO as President. All laws he signed and all appointments he did are null and void. Turmoil. Who IS the President? John McCain? Joe Biden? The Constitution sets forth the succession, but not if a usurper takes over.

I could see the weasel McCain doing something like re-signing all the laws Obama signed as a show of solidarity or something of the sort if it came to that. He’s already said that the thinks Obama is a pretty good president.
It’ll go to Biden. Might be different if McCain was, well, you know - popular.
I speak to people all the time that are not political junkies at all that all think Obama is hiding something. His grades,his name,his alias. People say nothing would be done because of the very crisis it would cause. But I think the crisis of Obama within itself is far worse.

If BO is found to be inelligle, then the job would revert to Biden. He was born here and to two American citizen parents. Biden is actually qualified. But that’s ok, I don’t think he could find his way into work everyday.

Another arguable position would be that the Obama/Biden ticket was not elegiable thus Biden is qualified for the role of VP or President and the Speaker of the House serves as President until the next exection.

Riots? Who gives a flying anything about riots? If he’s not found ineligible sooner or later, there will be much, much worse than a few riots. Or even a bunch of riots. There were riots before, did the world end?

I keep getting shot down here but you're right, it should go back to the ticket. Some are claiming it would go to Biden because he recived the most electoral votes but VPs don't run on their own nor are they voted on on their own but on the COMBINED ticket. The Electoral College shouldn't be able to pass Biden the torch since he was on an ineligible ticket (and aided and abetted the usurper and proceeded to lie to the US citizens and ignored the US Constitution). The combined ticket of McCain/Palin should also be thrown out because McCain wasn't eligible either (which proves the GOP needed to throw the election) as he was born in Colon and not on base. The Nader/Gonzalez ticket was also ineligible because Gonzalez isn't a NBC by the two US citizen parents definition. That takes it down to the 4th place combined ticket of Libertarians Barr/Root with a mere 0.4% of the popular vote.
I don't see how the Electoral College could cast a legal vote for the top three tickets since they were never eligible tickets. Sure, they can cast their votes for Snoopy but each and every Snoopy vote would be thrown out.
