I have read the Montana bill and it does not define NBC, and gets you no closer to your goal. Nor does it have any provision regarding standing to sue if you disagree with the state's interpretation of NBC, which I guarantee you will not be happy with.
Your guarantee is worthless... It doesn't have to dingbat. All it has to state is NBC. The would be usurper candidate(s) better have not gotten a foreign citizenship at birth as that would mean off to the Supreme Court we go and it doesn't have to be the state that sues.

You don't understand that just because a bill states ‘natural born citizen’ does NOT mean your crackpot theory. I can assure that the state will use the accepted legal definition of nbc, not your kooky theory. And you don’t have standing to sue if you disagree. Where does that get you? Nowhere.
IF, in a 1000 to 1 chance that a states goes with your crackpot theory, it will be met with immediate injunctive relief sought by the RNC, DNC and DOJ. It is a slam dunk they will prevail. In addition it will be tied up in the courts for 2-3 years. Where does this get you for the 2012 election? Nowhere.
Why not get a law on the books that will withstand Constitutional challenge, is reasonable and can be enforced using current, established standards. And best of all, make sure we have a NBC as President.
