Not really. The Heritage Foundation put out a Constutional book with Ed Meese's name on it, but with hundreds of writers who contributed to it. It was easy to see that Meese's name was attached to the book so it would sell.

Ok, but that doesn't really help me with exactly what I want to know. Is the reason these organizations don't take up this issue because they don't believe it's unconstitutional or because they believe Obama was born in Hawaii?

For instance, are they a party to some of the legislation being introduced in states to require certification of qualification to run as president?

More afraid of Alinsky BS tactics. So they are moot on the Obama issue. But they know full well Obama is not an NBC regardless where he was born.
