In this video interview, Democratic state Rep. Jack Franks says the votes aren't there for Illinois Democrats' whopping 75% income tax increase.
Oh, yeah, if a Donkey says it then it has to be true. You cannot trust ANY of the scum in Springfield, IL. They are evil.
