Having monitored the news closely, I have seen well-founded links to abnormal psychology, perhaps of the paranoid-schizophrenic type, in the thought patterns and behavior of the gunman in Saturday's horrific shooting.
I have seen no evidence linking the murderer to "prejudice," "vitriol," or "bigotry" enamating from political and opinion leaders of any stripe, in Arizona or anyplace else.
Your comments appear to be entirely unfounded. Your insistence on the repeating this spurious linkage, even without evidence, shows rash judgment especially inappropriate in a law enforcement officer.
