Keys on a tether, maybe? I thought that might be part of a belt that was too long. I knew a guy that wore his like that all the time. I wonder why they think this guy has something to do with this? Do they have anything concrete? Were the two talking to each other or what? It’ll be interesting to see if anyone can identify him. They have to be looking at the top of his head.

Sorry, I cannot be of more help. I did notice that a name popped up on the forum and then when I search the name (last night) everything I found was behind locked doors, where a payment had to be made to go further in looking at this name. The name was posted (I copied) from two other FReepers. The name is in my file of posts from last night around three AM to three-thirty AM time slot.
