Armies of American citizens stood ready to testify that they knew the parents, some were present at the birth, visited the newborn and mom soon after birth ( at home or in the hospital), attended the Christening, brought meals over to the new family, watched the child grow to maturity and take his place as a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN in the community.
Having **entire** communities capable of testifying is a very high standard. Where are Obama’s witnesses?
Well...Obama doesn't have witnesses then he should be willing and eager to promptly provide the **best** documentation possible: Long form birth certificate, citizenship listed on school records, citizenship on college and scholarship applications, a complete record of name changes, adoption records, passport records, selective service registration,..etc.
There is only one exception to having a self-evident natural born citizenship. That was Chester Arthur. He was a vice president who became president due to the death of the elected president. He (wisely) did not run for a second term. It was only after his death that historians uncovered his lie.
There was never a question about them and currently there is NO repeat NO State nor Federal law that demands a Presidential candiate has to be vetted for eligibility, which is now changing at State level.
So your condition of providing 43 birth certificates is ludicrous, misdirecting and a misleading smoke screen you wafted in self-defense.
There was however a huge effort by Congress and Senate Democrats to BAR McCain on eligibility grounds. You should read other threads on eligibiilty posted on FR as late as the last few days and get informed.
