There has been fraud and forgery for the previously released ‘documents’.
Fact Check failed to cover their tracks very well. Or their handlers did not cover the tracks very well and have now left them exposed - badly.
Henig and Miller will likely be the first dominoes.
Since the truth has been assassinated here it is worthwhile to remember the first rule of assassination.

The state of Hawai’i’s Director of Health, an appointee of a Republican administration vouched for the Obama “Fight the Smears” COLB on February 23, 2010 when she testified under oath before the Hawaii Senate’s Committee on the Judiciary and Government Operations that: “For more than a year, the Department of Health has continued to receive approximately 50 e-mail inquiries a month seeking access to President Barack Obama’s birth certificate in spite of the fact that President Obama has posted a copy of the certificate on his former campaign website.”

The fraud and forgery are there. Investigation? Who would want to investigate - Holder and Justice Department? ...OK bad guess...Hawaii? After all its their states document that is being faked...of course not, Democrats? OK another bad choice, Republicans at a national level? Well, when this grenade goes off plenty of shrapnel will fly their way. Besides - being the minority in both houses - THEY HAVE NOT HAD THE POWER OF SUBPOENA TO EVEN THINK ABOUT AN INVESTIGATION - but you know that. So who benefits and who would trigger a formal investigation? We know the answer - no one.
But still the evidence of fraud and forgery are prevalent in the material produced by Henig and Miller. They know that - granting no interviews on the subject in 2 and 1/2 years. For being modern day Woodward and Bernstein’s they are awfully shy. Oh, I almost forgot, Miller is busy at his government job since being the only known person in the world to hold the vaunted COLB.
