Disagree. If they are willing to lay their lives down for the country in order to obtain a green card in hot zones such as Afghanistan, so be it. Reminds me of the article many years ago of the Marine who died in Iraq who actually was NOT an American citizen nor resident and the Marines steadfastly buried their comrade in full Marine honors in a Mexican cemetery ( as requested by the mother) while the locals booed.
IF they are illegally in this country, they shouldn’t be allowed to serve...they should be deported...why would we need mercenaries in our military?
if they are willing to put their lives for America, then why not? I have a bigger problem with illegals who do nothing to but leech off American taxpayers AND American liberals who ARE citizens but hate the country in return.
and where the did “mercenaries’ come into this discussion?
