No thanks, the caffeine would keep me awake and I intend on going to bed shortly. Maybe it’s you that needs the tea?
I don’t drink caffiene very often.
Herb Raspberry or Peach tea but it has to be very cold as my body core runs very “hot”.
I like stevia as the sweetner.
Been so dang busy lately I haven’t had time to brew my cold herb tea for the week supply.
Just guzzling cold water, and the cold weather is worst than summer on drying the body out IMO.
