Plan 9 from Outer Space

Worst movie ever!!

Bad... yes, but in a self-redeeming sort of way. "So bad it's good", for lack of a more deft description. And it manages to be entertaining without the peanut-gallery comments from Joel, Crow and Tom Servo.

Good to “riff” to a la the folks at MST3K. Memorable lines (and hubcaps and strings = flying saucers).

“You see! You see? Your stupid minds! Stupid, stupid!”

The cop scratching his chin with his gun.

The footage of Lugosi taken years back and re-used after his death, with Ed Wood’s chiropractor standing in for
Lugosi later. The chiropractor actor’s cape starts to fall down and he quickly puts it back on his shoulder (some zombie!) Classic!

Plan-9 was so bad that even Crow and Tom Servo pulled their own plugs. Seriously My wife and I watched the move Ed Wood (basically the making of Plan-9), and then watched Plan-9. We were laughing so hard it actually hurt.

However of the MST3K movies nothing tops Prince of Space.
