'No judge would ever decline to grant them a warrant. Instantly."

Really? No judge would ever decline them (whoever them is) a warrant?

I've spent a little time around the courthouse in the last three decades. I have to say that I've seen my share of warrant applications declined, and I've seen more than my fair share quashed.

Prosecutors lose cases all the time because the police erred (read: outright lied) in their warrant application, or because they collected evidence without a warrant entirely.

We’re talking about CPS. Their requests simply do not get examined critically, or declined. Child welfare trumps all.

When it comes to CPS they basically have carte blanche. IT HAPPENED TO ME!!!

If you try to stop them you can and will go to jail!

All it takes is a phone call from someone and they show up at your kids school without you knowing about it and on your door step as well.
