A person can not refuse child services into their house as they have a complete right under law to come in and they have to see a child’s room, clothes, and food, no matter what the accusation is.

I find this difficult to believe. The legal details may vary somewhat from state to state, but I think that you may refuse a CPS agent access to the interior of your house if he doesn't have a warrant.

Believe it. There are many worse horror stories.

As a foster mother for Children’s services for over 30 years before I retired, BELIEVE IT!
DCFS often act like gestapo!!!
It happened to my nephew and family. LITERALLY ruined their family because of being falsely accused.

Nope it is true. You cannot refuse entry to CPS. I know it happened to me about 20+ years ago. They also talk to your kids without you knowing about it.

It is the most scary humiliating experience I ever had.
