I could not believe what I heard come out of Napolitano's mouth when the enhanced pat-downs began. She was asked about x-raying the contents of a plane's cargo hold, and she said that cargo's were impossible to check.

Now, really, what more could she have said to advertise to terrorists that there still is one way they could take down a plane?
