As a matter of course Leftist’s lie. They lie about everything. American Scientists dance for the grants. The grants are under the control of Leftist’s that lie. Lying for grants is a matter of course, because of the Leftist’s in power to grant, or not to grant.

I believe the paper (or rather, perhaps, the article) makes a wrong conclusion. It doesn't control the fact that US hosts a relatively much larger number of scientific research compared to other individual country, due to its ability to raise funding. This inflates the proportion of US scientists.

Anyone regularly following “embryonic stem cell research” (as opposed to stem cell research in general, and “man-made” “global warming” in recent years, did not need this study to know how persistently so many U.S. scientists publish false “scientific” conclusions.

If this is true I would be interested in the correleation to government grants...just another fine example of whatever the government touches becomes corrupt and wasteful.
