I wonder what meds he is taking. Perhaps they are reacting with Obama’s recreational drugs and causing him to be so detached from reality. After Obama’s physical I remember his doctors advising him to cut down on his drinking.

Probably an anti depressant/anxiety drug to calm him down and minimize the outbursts. Noone cares how he feels, only how he acts.
But add in the booze, weed, coke and nicotine, damn but those drugs just don’t work the way they’re ‘sposed to.
No, I think he's just that clueless about reality. He just hasn't any idea what to do about anything. If it isn't on the telepromptor, he can't even say it. He just doesn't know anything.
