An Italian customer of mine cashed in his Kalifornian chips and did just that. Said his new neighborhood was near a lake and the neighbors were mostly descendants of immigrant Germans who will do just fine. Think he was going to central Missouri though. Oddly enough, even wanted to know if you could remove your own finger prints. Said the connected insiders all knew a world of hurt was coming our way. That was about 2 years ago.
