Weather, community going downhill (I don’t speak Spanish), traffic congestion, escalating property taxes, want to be closer to the recreation activities we enjoy the most. We want a more rural and scenic landscape and a smaller retirement home on a 5 acre parcel. Can’t afford that package here.
Sorry to see you leave Pa. but then I understand your concerns staying here as well. It does get plenty cold in winter and it’s no fun hybernating then...that gets old fast! Wish you the best as you impliment your plans!
