The House Committee on Un-American Activities (HCUA) or House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC, 19381975) . . . . I know that HUAC is the most oft used name.. but I also remember that HUAC was used to denigrate the House Committee investigating activities threatening our Republic by labeling those efforts "House Un-American Activities." It was a clever ploy by the CP/USA, 1960s Marxist/Alinsky campus revolutionary rabble, and MSM.
Most Americans are apolitical, the repetitive use of the pejorative "HUAC" had a major impact IMO.

For some reason, just thought of the YouTube video, "It's too late to Apologize." i.e., we can't be PC about this, just get on with it. . .
