Watch the video. This woman is a psychopath. It appears to me that she just signed for a letter that her husband will be very upset over. From what I can see, he started recording well into her rant. It was a CYA on his part.
Why would a cover your ass record be required for doing his job? His job was to deliver the registered letter, which he did. The addressee’s signature is how the Post Office confirms deliver.
In some states, it is illegal to record someone without their permission. What would have been the signee's complaint?
