Probably a lot based on what happened with the oil for food program.
But, the good news is I expect it to less than what disappears in various national capitals as national leaders for life line their pockets first, as normal.
The robin hood analogy is almost always incorrect
Robin hood would steal from the ‘rich’ and give to the poor. This is relatively correct. The question is... Who were ‘the rich’?
the vast majority of people were poor due to massive taxes. This seems to be well remembered.
But what people don’t remember properly is that the ‘rich’ were the tax collectors. The sheriff and his men were enforcing the taxes imposed by the king.
