Jihad means “struggle”. It can mean a personal struggle of faith, but predominantly it means the “struggle” for Islam to spread their faith by the sword via the killing of infidels.
Kamph means “struggle” also. As in “Mein Kamph”, ‘My Struggle’ by Adolf Hitler.
