I came across this video on a liberal acquaintance's Facebook page. The clip is of Rand Paul discussing economic interconnectivity in a post-election interview. My acquaintance's comment was "easy words coming from a middle aged white man with money, power and legacy." A friend of her's commented that this was a "damning video." I hope they, and you, will allow me to explain why there is nothing damning about this at all.

At best a useful idiot - able to regurgitate cultural marxist twaddle as if on cue, rational thought, not so much. What’s esp. damning is these idiots are educated on your dime at American universities. Can’t make this stuff up, folks

My acquaintance's comment was "easy words coming from a middle aged white man with money, power and legacy."
Typical drivel for a liberal. These people go through life so reeked with envy for anyone they perceive as having anything they don't have, and target that person as "the enemy"...you know, sort of like the president.
Everyone has to be at some social station in life, the trick is, if you don't like where you are, do something to try and change it.
Envy caused whining is one of the most deplorable sounds in nature, and it eminates from the smallest, deepest, darkest recesses of the brain.
As I understand it, Rand Paul is a doctor's son. There are millions of doctors in the world, and a lot of them have sons; why are their sons condemed to ridicule because the father chose a path to success in life?
It's pure liberal-think, thin-skinned skunk-lore.
It's your friend, but I typically avoid people like that, they bring you down. Liberalism is not about elevating anyone, it's about reducing people down to their lowest common denominator...equal misery.

It’s pathetic that the only thing some people have to do is scour the board for spelling errors.

That doesn’t look like a spelling error, rather it appears to be choice of words the meanings of which the writer know snot.
