What you seem to be missing or deliberately ignoring is that she ran in a REPUBLICAN primary to determine who would be the REPUBLICAN candidate for senate.

She lost the primary fair and square. She lost because the majority of REPUBLICAN voters felt she was too liberal and tied to other interests, and the voters had a more conservative option who appealed to them more.

Yes, she played by the rules in the general election, but she CHEATED the primary system. She cannot be trusted, other than to act in her own self-interest.

Didn't we cheerlead just a few years ago with NY-23 didn't like the Republican who won the election fair and square but we did not like the candidate so we ran our own conservative and gave loads of money but he ended up losing and the Democrat won, but I don't remember any complaining about the Republican winning being fair. We did the same thing in Colorado when we didn't like the Republican candidate and ran Tancredo but the Dem won. We do this all the time. What is the problem?
