It’s a curious thing. We checked it out, and we said, “It says here that you shouldn’t eat this, and that.”

And she said, “I don’t eat that, and this.”

And it’s true. She doesn’t eat the things she shouldn’t eat.

So how is she to avoid it now? It’s like those energy advise messages. They tell us what we shouldn’t do to waste energy and we just laugh. We haven’t done any energy wasteful things for decades.

At least there’s medicine.

Classically, it was a “rich man’s disease” - of fat feet and big feasts and high protein diets (when most in the world were starving to death and didn’t live long enough to get ill from gout!), and low exercise typical of the kings and high-lived royalty.

So now a teenager who eats right? Odd.
