Nobody got blasé about Pearl Harbor.

60+ years after Pearl Harbor, my Grandfather still wouldn't buy Japanese cars.

When my aunt (his daughter) purchansed a Mitsubishi, he gently kidded her about parking it out back when she visited. He was only teasing, but not really.

America has gotten too obsessed with "moving on". There's nothing wrong with a good grudge, IMHO.

“Moving on” is a sign of indifference. The hallmark of liberalism is apathy towards the plight of others...except when it suits your own ends.
