There is not a doubt in my mind that this has been the plan from the beginning. However, it would likewise be a mistake to underestimate the Chicago mob. Ideally, these two sick scumbags will obliterate each other in a scenario of mutually assured destruction.

Klintoon knew very well he got his butt kicked in 1994 for even trying that Hillarycare stunt, and I believe he knew very well what would happen to Obama if he actually got it passed.
Sure, Bubba’s always said he lost the House in 1994 because he did NOT get Hillarycare done, but deep down he knows that’s a total crock. If it were true, uh, why did the Klintoons deep-six it after that and try to act as though it never happened?
Yes, Bubba’s riding in right at the height of the Tea Party opposition to Obamacare, all to say “you’ve got to pass this thing or you’ll REALLY be punished by the voters,” was likely a huge set-up for Obama failure, now and in 2012.
And, of course, if it happened that Bubba was right and the voters had grown to love Obamacare, then he’d just take credit for that.
But Bill and Hillary knew very well how Hillarycare had kicked their butts and they were most likely hoping for a worse arse-kicking for Barry Obama.
