My general conclusion is ambivelance. It's hard to say how effective this law will be. It's apparent that it will put a number of breeders out of business due to the proposed cap (50 adult breeding dogs). The issue is enforcement and the concern is that HSUS (the group behind the law) is using this as a stepping stone for further, greater anti-breeding/farming laws.
I found some of the law vague and open to abuse, but mostly redundant. If it's not apparent, I'm not for the bill.
Why not just post it here?
My general conclusion is that you are pimping for blog hits.
If you post this in full I will read it. If you expect me to visit yet again another stupid blog forget it.
If you are excerpting for blog hits then you are using FR as a business platform and a nice large donation to FR would be appreciated.

I don’t get bloggers. They think they have something profound to say. They get a soap box, like FreeRepublic. And then then say half of what they have to say.
This is your soap box, man! If you have words of wisdom (most bloggers don’t, but maybe, just maybe, you are the rare exception), then say it! Say it!
Hell, even the lunatics downtown say what they have to say in full. I have yet to see a lunatic say “The end is near, excerpted, see the lunatic at 5th and Main for more!”
Welcome nOOb blogger.
I assume you have been apprised of what is going here regarding our blog and I will get back to you after I read up on the hilarity.
Allright, so my time to wade into this blog pimping.
First off, your writing is actually interesting. I read each of your articles, posted here on FR and liked them.
Thing is FR is a community and it is a community that voluntarily pays to keep the lights on around here.
As a community, the Admins, JR, JR and Jim Thompson generally set the standards of conduct, just like in the real world and they enforce those rules.
The community assists in keeping up the neighborhood. By that, I mean, we generally ask people to conform to the standards of posting decorum and not use FR for their own business plan.
If you are going to use FR for your business plan, it comes with rules and you are just going to have to learn to live with them.
When you post at FR, for your blog, we need the full article. This the rest of the community an opportunity to read your musings, which can in turn cause us to take a look at your website.
There are other posters here who do in fact post their full articles such as Jeff Head, Dave Weinbaum and others. They have actually built successful followings and some have even turned their blogging into decent businesses.
Dave Weinbaum use to post here and now he has a radio talk show. It just kind of worked out for him and we wish him all the success.
No point in getting into a pissing match here, as I have noticed on some of your posts. It isn’t going to work out well.
Remember, we are a community and it’s kinda like moving into a neighborhood and deciding you want to open a factory, start a rock band, etc and run them at inappropriate times. Pretty soon the Admins(police) are going to come knocking on your door and it won’t be pretty.
Please post your full articles and I said they are interesting and written well.
Looking forward to your postings and musings.
Post on.
