The Torah is very specific on the basic requirements...the most basic is that the Jewish Messiah is a man...not a demi-god, or any version G-d becoming man (”God is not a mortal” (Numbers 23:19)). If you recall, G-d gave us Gentiles our instructions in the time of Noah, so we have long been covered by his love...best to you...magritte

Jesus was a man...though I understand why it is difficult for Jewish people to understand a Triune God...however he made us in His image and we are triune beings...body, soul and spirit, so I have no problem believing that an Almighty God who created the likes of us could inhabit by any means He chooses a physical body. So yes, I do believe that Jesus is God in the flesh and walked among His people as a man...amazing He would love so much to stoop so low to be among us. But then God does do amazing things not easily understood or even accepted.

As far as God not being Mortal...well Christ indeed rose from the dead...so death itself had no power over Him. What love that God would send us Salvation for that which we could not accomplish apart from Him.. Amazing Grace comes to mind.
