MSNBC, well known for being a liberal bastion, had Alan Grayson on to talk about his "Taliban Dan" attack ad against his Republican opponent, Daniel Webster. When confronted with the full context of the ad, Grayson refused to admit that he had erred and once again called Grayson a member of the Taliban. Surprisingly, this MSNBC journalist hit Grayson pretty hard in the interview, though the ad is so appalling even liberals know it is wrong:

Someone call the Psychiatric Institute of Washington.
They appear to be missing a patient.
The Bell Ringer needs sanctuary!
The media prays for people like Grayson, so unbelievably wrong and undefendable that they can bash them and say, “see, we’re moderate, we’re balanced, we bash the left, too”
HEADS UP EVERYONE: Dan Webster is coming up in a few mins on Fox news.
Is Grayson’s ad “Islamophobic”?
Surprised MSNBC didn’t call him out for insulting Muslims.
Dude/Dudette, I KNOW you’re giving it your best to get him OUT of there. Good luck.
Webster’s on right now
Find a loop of tape of Alan Grayson saying “No” and ask the tape a series of questions playing Alan’s “No” response to each question you pose. Wouldn’t be any different. Turnabout is fair play.

He is so classy and humble. Martha said the Grayson ad has obviously only helped the Webster campaign as he is going up in the polls now since it ran. He said “That is not the way he would have wanted to make the polls go up with such lies running about him over and over, but yes, it caused him to go up in the polls.”
You say “Do not beat your wife”
Grayson “You just said beat your wife in a sentence”
You say “I said Do not beat your wife”
Grayson “it is factual that you said beat your wife”
It’s pretty bad when you’re such a lying RAT that even MSNBC calls you on it. Grayson was one of their favorite guests. I’ll be interested to see if Sgt. Schlitz and Olberboy have him on again.
That Dale Gribble quote fits Grayson perfectly.
Contessa here is almost crying, begging Grayson to make an issue of Webster’s “appaling stand” on “women’s issues” instead of destroying what little credibility he had left.
She’s basically debating him, trying to convince him to stop acting immature and run a serious campaign that will “motivate women to turn out to the polls” to defeat Webster.
And Coons is going to be another Grayson.
We need to make sure that Coons does not win.
