So, yes, Obama really can hit 40%. To preclude that I predict the most vicious midterm election in memory and some sort of October surprise abroad. Both will fail to arrest the decline. I'm not going to guess at the October Surprise, especially since the Obama Regime may have sympathizers who lurk here, but I am afraid that they will come up with something effective. My hope is that no one will believe them, since they have already shot their credibility, but it could be ugly and destructive whether or not it works.
