That may have been the case if he was part of the Holder appointed staff. But, he's not. So, I think he's probably going to do the right thing. Some one with a conscience left.

I know relatively little about Coates. But, I did a search on him and read that he did a conference in 2008 with Former FEC Chairman, Scott Thomas.
