Veteran election analyst Charlie Cook has backed away from his earlier prediction that control of the Senate was in play in this election. In light of Tuesday’s Delaware Republican primary, Cook says the odds now overwhelmingly favor the Democrats retaining their Senate majority:

republicans take the Senate, Lyndaey Grahmn be removed from the Judiciary committee. All votes will then go 9-7. Liberal Judges will never see a floor vote UP or Down. The Heat will be intense. Money must be put aside to run ads indicating that Shumer, and Leahey set the new rule Ie Estrada, Pricilla Owen, etc etc etc

Go re-read your postings. You bile laced emotional diatribes are more suited to a petulant child then an adult mind.

Grow up, you side lost this one. It happens. Get over it.

Castle was “smeared”? I suppose that Murkowski, Bennett and Crist were as well. The problem is that the ruling class people are generally repulsive individuals who possess no class, and they can’t deal with losing their “power”. Esp. to someone who believes in Constitutional government!! Bob

“Why don’t we just put the selection of Senators completely under the control of Charlie Cook, whoever or whatever the hell he is?”

Charlie Cook is one of the best in the business, but this election cycle will not be business as usual.

Pure projection on your part. I suggest you take your own advise.

You know this clinging to your anger because your side lost is really stupid tactics on your part.

If O'Donnell loses, EVERYONE here is going to point at you Rovebots with your slanderous post primary attacks as what is to blame. If she wins, everyone is going to remember that you did your best to sabotage her.

Your Rovebots face either ostracism from Freepers as traitors or ostracism from Frepers as irrelevant, non-credible cretins.

So either way the Rovebots are creating a lose-lose position for yourself with this daily trash talking about O’Donnell

All the right evil and corrupt people are against O’Donnel as far as the voters are concerned. These people impress one another much more than they impress the people who are suffering the consequences of their stupid and incompetent elitist rule.

The only people that view the current elistist establishment “smart” are elitist establishment “experts.”

Charlie Cook is one of the best in the business...

Forgive me for not showing the proper degree of respect, but being "one of the best in the business" of a business that screws up as much as his business does, and does so for reasons of ideological agenda, is not exactly something to admire or respect.

I don't admire those who's profession is gambling either.

O’Donnel should use this display of elitist agnst to her advantage. Nothing more needed to prove she is an outsider and at threat to a corrupt Washington that has been shaking down our constitution and treasury. She should list all her establishment enemies with pride.

I think the odds of a GOP senate after the 2010 election was pretty much zero all along. A net gain of 10 seats, even in this climate, just wasn’t in the cards.

I’ve said so all along. I expect a net gain of 6 or 7 seats, and that will include a GOP seat loss.

You are among the most grumpy bunch of people who own keyboards. Frankly, I don’t care what your feelings are.

OK,I thought maybe Wisconsin was just a primary bounce for Johnson. But now I would count it as Leans Rep.

Unfortunately, California goes from tossup to Leans Dem.

Add NY to Leans Dem also.

I’m a little worried about PA. The margin is down to 5-6 points and I think this assumes a low turnout in Philly.
