There’s a restaurant in San Francisco called “French Laundry” where the average cost for dinner is more than $150 per person. Why aren’t the homeless crowding their steps and demanding that they serve food for $1?
The French Laundry is actually in a little farm town called Yountville outside San Fran, but your point is well made. (just substitute the Fifth Floor). BTW, The French Laundry is worth every time. I had the luck to be able to go several years ago.
