Aside from that soldier-quartering stuff, I'm pretty sure they can, yeah. At least judging from observation.

Well my theory is once they suspend the 2nd Amendment the Government can do anything it wants. Including quartering soldiers in your home.

If we don't have any guns and Soldiers who carry guns come to our doors and say "we are living here now what's for dinner?" what are we going to do? File a protest at city hall?
