You misunderstood what I wrote. Radical Muslims see us as their enemy. They think we are infidels and should be slaughtered. I never suggested that this particular Saudi Prince is our enemy.

Nevertheless, the Saudis’ investment in Fox News buys them influence into the financial decisions of the company. That financial investment does not extend to influencing the content of the news. It’s just ridiculous to believe that a 5% investment in a company provides unlimited influence into the day-to-day business of a news organization.

I own the second largest interest in an S-Corp. As a shareholder, I get to vote on decisions that impact the finances of the company because those decisions impact my ROI. As a shareholder, I don’t get to vote on how or if a product is made or distributed or on the day-to-day business of the corporation.

We don’t know the details of the funding of this mosque. So we don’t know if there is a controversy or not. But the questions need to be asked. CAIR was an un-indicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation case. So if CAIR is anywhere near the funding of this mosque (and I simply don’t know), then you can bet the mosque will be used to fund terrorism. If so, we need to know that information.

You’re not seriously suggesting that Murdoch is funding terrorism by investing in a Saudi company, are you?
