Why would you think that? I haven't posted anything to that effect. However, I will say that while marriage is indeed defined as one man and one woman, under the Constitution people may do as they please as long as they do not harm others. If gays want to start a "church" that will "marry" them, they have the right to do so. I don't have to agree with it, like it, or support it. But it is their right.
The only form of "marriage" the government recognizes is one of tax status.
But it is their right. So you believe that deviants have special rights based on aberrant behavior? Their perversion was illegal in the beginning of our country. In Virginia they were put to death. It wasn't until the "enlightened (progressive)" 20th century that laws were struck down. Now you want to claim they have Constitutional rights to perversion?
