If Obama is found ineligible would Biden be next in line? As the ticket was fraudulent to start with.
Next Pelosi would be up for corruption charges, as she as head of her party is responsible for making sure Obama was eligible.
I think it could gut the Jackass Party down substantially.

Now that bammy has two puppets on the SCOTUS, I doubt he'll be found anything...of course...if he was, then I'm guessing his two SCOTUS picks would be null and void too.
