To: Eagle Eye

If a full time position is available, my wife and I have decided we are willing to move. As for my reason for keeping residence in Texas, it’s more about my wife staying in TX, near family, if I get deployed. Plus, the tax issue isn’t a bad point.

And I REALLY don’t want to get moved to Massachusetts or Cali.

I “usta be” an RA and reserve recruiter. Something change; some things don’t.

If you want to be full time and don’t absolutely have to live in Texas all the time and can handle some family separation, then go RA.

If you cannot, the look at guard or reserve.

Seeking a FT guard or reserve position off the street ain’t gonna happen without some incredible pull or a very needed skill set.
