Republican Congressman Peter King of New York opposes the building of the Ground Zero mosque in New York and is proposing that an investigation be made into the funding for the so-called Islamic Cumminity Center and its infamous Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, who told said during a CBS 60 Minutes interview, "I wouldn’t say that the United States deserved what happened. But the United States’ policies were an accessory to the crime that happened.”

I’ve always felt the attack on 9-11 was a result of the never-endig media assault on America around the globe - perpetuated by the leftist, Marxist types who HATE America. They want the terrorists to succeed.
If you tell people America is evil and capitalism and the free market is bad bad bad... folks will start to believe it, though it has no basis in truth.
If any “thing” is responsible for our country getting a bad reputation as “Imperialist”... the “thing” is biased media.
Not only do we need to “flush” DC of the Marxist pigs that now occupy the WH and Congress, we need to expose and flush US media that is Anti-American. We HAVE to make them the bad guys. Which is easy because it is true.

If the unions had any real balls and really wanted to show how patriotic they are, since they all have American flags plastered on their hardhats and trucks, they should refuse to work on this project.
Sorry about that. I erroneously assumed that since there are thousands of activists protesting the Ground Zero mosque that it was an activism topic. Just what constitutes an activism post? Thank you, and again, my apologies.
Perception often becomes reality. Obama seems to be intentionally destroying capitalism so he can say that capitalism failed, when it was really pseudo-capitalism, since we’ve gone so close to Socialism. And when they cry, “Racism” long enough, eventually many in the dumbed down masses believe them.
Hopefully the Leftist newspapers will continue their slide and Right-wing blogs will continue their assent.
